New Lawns
"But my lawn is dead and nothing will grow..."
Not a problem at all! We will be in your corner with your lawn! We offer sod or loam and seed, but we can also get hydroseed done for you if that is what you would prefer. We prefer you have an irrigation system but if you don't no worries, we work with Terrain Irrigation for all of our irrigation needs!
Sod - This is that "roll out" lawn, we think this is the best option because you will have instant gratification, you will still need to wait about 2 weeks before you cut it.
*The picture to the right is a sod job we did in Woburn; this was just under 1200 sqft of sod. We installed Black Beauty sod, and their new puppies love it!
Seed - We will install new super loam and then put a sun/shade mix seed after and rake it in. The downside to seed is we would not want you to walk on the new seed for a while, so it really limits your use of the yard for you and your pets.
Hydroseed - We will call in our friends at Heimlich nursery to do the hydroseed. If you are unfamiliar with what hydroseed is, it is that blueish/green spray that has seed built in.
