Katrina - Owner / CEO

 Katrina was born in Salem, MA and has lived on the North Shore for most of her life. She attended pre-school, Kindergarten, Elementary School and Middle School in Saugus, Massachusetts. She played softball and soccer for the town of Saugus growing up and played on the Saugus Police League football team where she was Quarterback and was also the only girl on the team! Katrina lived in the house her father built in Saugus with her parents and 2 brothers Joshua and Matt JR. from 1994 to 2010. With such a strong background on the North Shore, it only seemed fit to call the company North Shore Enhancement and originally base it in Saugus. In May of 2022, Katrina opened an office & yard location in North Reading, MA where she has a comfortable place for clients to come and see samples of stone, pay their bills and work on designs with our team!

Katrina enjoys spending time with her family. She is the mother to 2 amazing kids (3 and 10) and the "bonus mom", to Spencer. Katrina has an 8-year-old Cattle Dog named Rebel who is her side kick through everything.

Katrina entered the green industry back in 2002 and has never left. Her first job was working at Shaw's Supermarket in Saugus in the florist department. Katrina attended Essex Agricultural and Technical High School in Hawthorne, MA and majored in Natural Resources and graduated with a 3.8 GPA in 2007. Directly after she graduated high school, she went to college at North Shore Community College (2007-2010) where she got her associate degree in Horticulture, and she minored in business management. From 2010 to 2013 she attended American Military University for Criminal Justice with a double minor in Crime Scene Investigation and Interrogations. In 2015, she attended Penn State University for Diesel Mechanics so she could care for the trucks and machines she drove. Finally, she re-entered American Military University in August of 2018 for her bachelor's degree in Disaster Management with a minor in counter terrorism and cyber security.
